You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. The customer can return a product or have the product replaced without extra cost, provided that:

All products that are claimed to be faulty, will be inspected by our certified technician contractors. If the contractors rule that the product was damaged by wrong/incorrect use by the customer, then the product will not be eligible for replacement, or refund.
